System Analyst / System Analyst - Cards and Payments Area (f/m/x)

Your Responsibilities

• Analysis and reconciliation of business requirements for card products and processes
• Creation of functional specifications and analytical documentation
• Mapping business processes and recommending improvements
• Cooperation with payment organizations and business and technical teams
• Participation in the implementation of new functionalities and changes in existing systems
• Preparation of test scenarios and support for test execution
• Participation in projects related to data and system migration

Our Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system or business-system analysis in the cards and payments area
• Very good knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation, SQL
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of system implementation, testing, and development processes
• Knowledge of English enabling fluent work with documentation and stakeholders
• Openness to hybrid work
• Requirement to reside in Poland and fluent knowledge of the Polish language
