Your scope of responsibilities

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions in Salesforce
• Analysis and modeling of business processes and designing solutions tailored to the client's needs.
• Preparing analytical and functional documentation
• Participation in workshops and preparing training materials
• Recommending solutions based on standard Salesforce functionalities or dedicated solutions
• Coordinating UAT tests

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or system analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its standard functionalities
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions
• Basic knowledge of system integrations and REST API
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Good command of Polish and English

• Possession of Salesforce certifications will be an asset
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Financial Cloud
