IT Functional Analyst

On a daily basis in our team: - you analyze business needs and identify requirements for development, maintenance, and project initiatives, - you acquire, analyze, coordinate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, - you develop and maintain analytical documentation in accordance with the organization's current standards, - you model processes, system functionalities, and information flows using agreed-upon notations and tools, - you collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in defining, clarifying, and realizing requirements, - you support project, development, and testing teams by explaining requirements and analyzing reported issues and changes, - you verify the compliance of designed and implemented solutions with agreed-upon requirements, - you participate in the preparation and execution of functional and acceptance tests, - you ensure the compliance of documentation and requirements with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational policies, - you update analytical documentation related to processes, requirements, and system functionalities, - you participate in initiatives to develop standards, work methods, and tools used in analysis. Requirements This position could be yours if: - you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in functional, business, or system analysis, - you have excellent knowledge of tools supporting analysis and requirements management, - you can independently conduct complex analyses involving multiple processes, systems, and stakeholder groups, - you have experience in conducting analytical workshops and resolving conflicts regarding requirements, - you have excellent knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and the software development process, - you can define documentation standards and ensure high quality of requirements, - you are familiar with issues related to integrations, data modeling, and solution architecture at a level supporting functional analysis. Nice to have: - you have excellent knowledge of BPMN, - you have practical knowledge of UML or other modeling techniques, - you have knowledge of the English language at a level enabling you to read and create business documentation, - you can use AI tools in your daily work, - you have a higher education in IT, - you are familiar with the banking industry.
