Requirements — must have: Higher education. Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst in an IT team. Ability to model processes (e.g., UML, user story mapping). Ability to document requirements (e.g., BPMN). Knowledge of Agile and Scrum. Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders, gathering requirements and decomposing them into the level of specification changes in IT systems. Knowledge of SQL for data analysis. Knowledge of English language at B1/B2 level (reading documentation, communication with developers...)
