Financial Analyst M/F

We take care of the technical condition of buildings by implementing a schedule of periodic inspections of installations and equipment, and we repair breakdowns and faults reported by property users. Our team at the Headquarters is a close-knit group of experts implementing key organizational processes and supporting the Operational Department.

Due to the organization's development, we are currently looking for a person to join the Finance Department as a Financial Analyst.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial and management reports for group companies.

• Participation in the month, quarter, and year-end closing process.

• Creation of financial statements and reporting packages in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP.

• Analysis of financial results, budgets, and deviations.

• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and recommendations for the business.

• Cooperation with accounting teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

• Control of intercompany transactions.

• Team cooperation based on competency exchange and mutual support.

Our Expectations

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, reporting, or auditing.

• Higher education, preferably in Economics, Finance and Accounting,

• Good knowledge of financial reporting and analysis issues.

• English language at a minimum B2 level.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

• Autonomy, accuracy, and an analytical approach to work.

Nice to have

• Experience in auditing.

• Knowledge of the SAP system.
