Data Analyst\BI Developer @ Devire

• Experience as a Data Analyst\BI Developer or in a related role, including independently leading complex analytical projects from start to finish (minimum Mid/Senior level),
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including large data set analysis, query creation and optimization. Ability to draw conclusions from data and identify areas requiring improvement,
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query) and design of interactive reports and dashboards. Proficiency in DAX, including creation of complex measures and optimization of model and report performance,
• Practical experience in building complex semantic data models supporting AI utilization, based on business requirements and designing solutions supporting data reuse,
• Experience in managing data security in Power BI, especially configuration of Row-Level Security (RLS) and permissions in Power BI Service,
• Ability to analyze and optimize the performance of reports and DAX code using additional tools (Tabular Editor 2, DAX Studio),
• Practical experience working with Azure Data Factory,
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem beyond Power BI, including practical use of AI features,
• High communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams,
• Autonomy in problem-solving and decision-making,
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities,
• English language proficiency at least B2 level, enabling smooth cooperation in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate)
• Experience with Azure Databricks,
• Ability to design and build a data ontology layer in the Fabric IQ environment to unify the business glossary and improve the quality of artificial intelligence system responses.
