Position Business Analyst - Business Clients Job description analysis of business needs for ICT/Telco products and services dedicated to business clients translating needs into functional and non-functional requirements (work with Confluence and Jira) cooperation with technical teams in the development and integration of solutions coordination of solution implementations preparation of analytical, process, and technical documentation mapping of end-to-end processes and identifying areas for optimization, automation, and standardization support for Product Owners and Product Managers in shaping backlogs and roadmaps of ICT/Telco solutions Requirements experience in the role of Business or System Analyst in the ICT, Telco, IT, or related area analytical approach, independence, proactivity, and good organization of work in a multitasking environment experience in cooperation with technical teams, architects, and engineers in designing services and system integration ability to work with technical and process documentation good command of English
