Education: higher (informatics, mathematical, economic or related) Minimum 2-year work experience in the field of business analysis or related Knowledge of UML and BPMN modeling skills Ability to model processes and specify requirements Experience working with modeling tools (e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar) Ability to lead workshops and work directly with a business client Familiarity with software production processes Independence, discipline, and ability to work in a team.
