Business Analyst

We collaborate with experienced B2B contractors, offering them participation in large, long-term projects with a real impact on the development of banking in Poland. Due to the development of financial process digitalization, e-invoicing, and document workflow, we are looking for a person to support the implementation of projects related to the development and integration of business systems. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify user needs, and translate them into requirements for IT teams. You will support the implementation of solutions that improve financial processes and ensure smooth cooperation between business and technology. Tasks that await you: analysis and modeling of business processes with a view to their optimization and development, translating customer and stakeholder needs into business and system requirements, collecting, organizing, and analyzing requirements in cooperation with business stakeholders, preparing clear technical specifications to support the work of IT teams, analyzing reported business needs and proposing improvements within current processes and implemented projects, co-creating implementation and deployment plans together with the IT team, based on defined business needs, ensuring smooth communication between business and IT teams, actively supporting the Product Owner and Project Managers in managing scope [e.g., Backlog] and schedules, overseeing the data quality monitoring process and cooperating in its improvement. You will excel in this role if: you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, you have experience in implementing projects related to banking, finance, accounting, or ERP systems, you can independently collect and analyze business requirements and conduct workshops with stakeholders, you know BPMN, UML, or other notations used for modeling processes and systems, you have practical experience in creating analytical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria, you work comfortably with Jira and Confluence tools, you understand processes related to invoicing, document workflow, and system integrations, you can effectively cooperate with business and technological teams, you are characterized by independence, work organization skills, and an analytical approach to problem-solving, you know Agile methodologies and actively participate in product teams, you have experience working in a bank [nice to have], you have knowledge of Polish regulations concerning e-invoicing and electronic documents [nice to have], you understand processes related to invoicing, document workflow, and system integrations [nice to have], you have experience collaborating with a Product Owner or in product teams implementing digital product development [nice to have].
