Business Analyst, Payments Area

We are looking for a Business and System Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of clients and translating them into functional and system requirements. The person in this position will cooperate with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT system architects in the implementation of technological projects. Your scope of duties: analysis and collection of business and system requirements; modeling of business and system processes; preparation of analytical and functional documentation; cooperation with clients and project teams; participation in analytical workshops and project meetings; creation of functional specifications for development teams; support for the IT solution architecture design process; verification of the consistency of requirements and proposed solutions; participation in system integration analysis; cooperation in testing and acceptance of functionalities. Our requirements: minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry in the position of Business and System Analyst; experience in the KYC area; knowledge of issues related to IT system architecture; ability to model and document IT processes and systems; experience in collecting, analyzing, and verifying business requirements; practical knowledge of UML 2.* and BPMN 2.0; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools; ability for independent work organization and task execution. Nice to have: basic SQL knowledge; experience in the banking sector.
