In this role, you will gather information, analyze business requirements and needs, solve problems, and provide technical and operational support to our clients to ensure the best system solutions based on MS Power Platform. Your scope of responsibilities: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (client work, scope work, backlog work, project team work). Modeling business processes and mapping requirements to available functionalities or custom solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform technology. Collaboration with a self-organizing agile project team responsible for building and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft Power Platform technology. Supporting the client in user adaptation to new solutions and designing further functional improvements addressing the client's evolving business needs. Prototyping, improving, configuring, and implementing Low-Code solutions in dedicated client test and production environments (POC). Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions and the transparency and appropriate flow of information in the project. Creating project documentation (user manuals, business procedures, business solution specifications). Our requirements: Ability to identify business challenges and needs, and comprehensively define and describe requirements. Ability to plan and coordinate implementation processes with attention to the correct sequence of actions and priorities. Ability to analytically undertake and solve issues (mapping needs / modeling business processes). Ability to identify and verify sources of potential problems and draw conclusions. Experience with systematic forms of business requirements gathering (backlog, user story, acceptance criteria, prioritization). Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and their application of key principles in daily project work. Knowledge of English at least at the B2 level (spoken and written). High interpersonal skills, reliability, responsibility, meticulousness, and a focus on results and deadlines. Willingness for continuous development and improvement of competencies in Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform technologies. Nice to have: Professional experience as a business consultant or business-system analyst in IT projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft Power Platform technologies, preferably supported by Fundamentals level certifications (PL-200, PL-900). Experience in data or process modeling using UML / BPMN notation. Practical knowledge of project work support tools, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc. Knowledge of business and market processes in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, or energy.
