Business Analyst

Together with our Business Partner, the largest Microsoft partner in Poland, we are looking for an experienced specialist to execute projects as a Business Analyst. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams – translating business needs into requirements, process improvements, and specific solutions within the organization's internal projects. SCOPE OF SERVICES - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for internal projects. - Close cooperation with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals. - Translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. - Analyzing current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements, automation, and optimization. - Supporting project planning, scope prioritization, and communication within the project team. - Conducting workshops, meetings, and presentations with business users and stakeholders. - Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating delivered solutions against business expectations. - Maintaining project documentation – requirements, decisions, dependencies, and change requests. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - Minimum 6 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar. - Strong ability to gather requirements, structure information, and translate business needs into specific documentation. - Good knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methods. - Ability to communicate effectively with the business and technical teams. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written. - Proactivity, sense of responsibility (ownership), and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment. Nice to have: - Experience in data warehouse construction or implementation projects. - Experience collaborating with C-level executives and supporting decision-making processes at a senior level.
