Business Analyst (Databases) (with German language) @ Antal

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Practice in working with data and database systems.

• Fluent German - communication with German-speaking teams and clients.
• Very good knowledge of English - international environment, technical documentation.

• Very good knowledge of SQL, including advanced queries and data structure analysis.
• Practical knowledge of data modeling and database schema interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes.

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Analysis and mapping of business processes.
• Creating functional specifications, User Stories, use cases.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way.
• Collaboration with developers, managers, and business users.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Experience with the Snowflake platform
• Experience working with BI and data reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy)

Location: remote / occasional visits to Zielona Góra and business trips to the Client in Germany

The person in this role will be responsible for process analysis, requirements gathering, working with data, and creating documentation supporting system development.
