Cooperation Model Remote Work Project Execution Will Be Facilitated by You * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst * Experience in executing projects related to banking, finance, accounting, or ERP systems * Ability to independently gather and analyze business requirements and conduct workshops with stakeholders * Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other notations used for modeling processes and systems * Practical experience in creating analytical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Comfortable use of Jira and Confluence * Understanding of processes related to invoicing, document workflow, and system integrations * Effective cooperation with both business and technical teams * Independence, good work organization, and an analytical approach to problem-solving * Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in active work in product teams Nice to Have * Experience in the banking sector * Knowledge of Polish regulations regarding e-invoicing and electronic documents * In-depth knowledge of processes related to invoicing, document workflow, and system integrations * Experience in cooperating with a Product Owner or in product teams responsible for digital product development Your Contribution to the Project * Analysis and modeling of business processes for their optimization and further development * Translating client and stakeholder needs into business and system requirements * Gathering, organizing, and analyzing requirements in cooperation with business stakeholders * Preparing clear specifications supporting the work of IT teams * Analyzing reported business needs and proposing improvements within existing processes and ongoing projects * Co-creating implementation and deployment plans with the IT team, based on identified business needs * Ensuring efficient communication and information flow between business and IT teams * Active support for the Product Owner and Project Managers in managing scope, backlog, and schedules * Oversight of the data quality monitoring process and cooperation in its further improvement This is How We Will Take Care of You By joining Edge One Solutions, you receive full support in professional and personal development, which gives you a real chance to build a career according to your own goals.
