Translating business requirements and regulatory into specific functional specifications for risk management systems and internal control systems (e.g. ICOFR / ICSR). Close cooperation with professionals from various departments to ensure effective implementation of projects and processes. Conducting workshops and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills of employees. Developing and implementing process improvements, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. Providing expert advice on risk management and internal control systems. Identifying and prioritizing business opportunities and threats. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Conducting research and analysis of market trends and industry developments. Developing and implementing strategies for process improvement and innovation. Providing support in the development of policies, procedures, and standards. Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns.
