Business and Systems Analyst Acquiring & Processing Payments Sector

For our client from the banking sector, we are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the team developing a comprehensive payment ecosystem on the Acquirer and Acquirer Processor side. Due to the broad scope of the system, we are looking for both experts in the End-to-End Acquiring area and dedicated specialists in the following areas: Merchant Lifecycle / Merchant Portal and Clearing, Settlement & Accounting. What do we expect from you? Acquiring process: Knowledge of the full end-to-end Merchant Lifecycle & Merchant Portal process: Merchant management, onboarding, and support for processes in the Merchant Portal (dedicated area / specialization) Clearing & Settlement: Knowledge of merchant settlement processes, accounting principles and schemes (dedicated area / specialization) Payment Organizations: Practical knowledge of requirements and cooperation principles from the Acquirer and Acquirer Processor side Experience in certification processes and support for implementation projects with payment schemes Settlements with organizations, fee optimization, and Interchange fees Transaction processes and complaints: Knowledge of DCC services (Dynamic Currency Conversion) Handling Chargeback complaints (both in the acquiring and issuing areas) Payment ecosystem: Understanding the integration architecture of the payment platform with modules such as: Switch, ERP, General Ledger, TMS, DWH Transaction mechanisms: Practical knowledge of Single Message and Dual Message models, as well as authorization, matching, and clearing processes Payment organization tools: Knowledge of tools for file exchange, KYC handling, and complaint systems offered by payment organizations (a plus) Tasks for you: Analysis of business and technological processes in the area of card acceptance and payments Design and development of payment platform modules and their integration with the banking ecosystem and payment organizations Cooperation with architect teams, developers, and external partners What do we offer?
