Business-System Analyst

We are looking for a Business-System Analyst to cooperate on projects related to the development and implementation of complex IT systems. The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, process modeling, defining requirements, and cooperating with project teams in an Agile environment. Poland | Remote Work Start: ASAP Long-term B2B cooperation Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Business-System Analyst Minimum 3 years of experience in business process modeling and specifying requirements for IT systems Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML notation Experience working with CASE tools for process and system modeling (Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus) Participation in at least 3 projects implemented using Agile / Scrum methodologies Experience in creating User Stories and cooperating with development teams Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Knowledge of IT system design, solution architecture, and software engineering issues Ability to conduct analytical workshops and work with stakeholders Higher education Nice to have: Technical education (computer science, telecommunications, or related fields) Knowledge of Jira and Confluence Knowledge of SQL Experience cooperating with UX Designers, developers, and testers Experience working with Sparx Enterprise Architect tool Experience in creating Epics, User Stories, and managing the product backlog Participation in projects related to building or developing complex IT systems Experience in projects aimed at mass customers or citizens Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to various stakeholder groups Scope of responsibilities: Identifying and analyzing stakeholder business needs Gathering, documenting, and agreeing on business and system requirements Modeling business processes in BPMN notation Creating analytical models and system documentation in UML notation Preparing User Stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog management Cooperating with Product Owners, UX Designers, developers, testers, and architects Participating in analytical workshops and project sessions Supporting the design and implementation of IT solutions Analyzing the impact of changes on existing processes and systems Verifying delivered solutions for compliance with business requirements We offer: Rate up to 100 PLN/h net on B2B Salary transfer in a convenient form Short, 14-day invoice payment term Rich private medical care package Access to the MyBenefit cafeteria platform, enabling, among others, ordering MultiSport cards and gift cards for popular stores and services Long-term cooperation on strategic IT projects Opportunity to work in a modern Agile environment Cooperation with experienced business and technology teams
