Business and Systems Analyst

For a key project within our organization, we are looking for a specialist to fill the role of Business and Systems Analyst. The Analyst will be involved in work related to the construction of a system responsible for Claims Handling and integrations with other interdependent components. Requirements Professional experience: * Minimum 5 years of experience in the position of Business and Systems Analyst * Higher education in IT or related fields * Essential experience in implementing projects in the insurance sector in the Polish market * Essential knowledge of the claims handling area * Indicated experience in designing inter-system integrations * Experience in analyzing integrations of claims handling systems with UFG (Polish Motor Insurers' Guarantee Fund) will be a plus * Knowledge of solutions for monitoring and tracking claim statuses (claim tracker) will be an additional asset Competencies: * Experience in designing systems based on microservices architecture * Essential practical knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, REST APIs, queueing systems) * Knowledge of relational databases (designing database structures) and the ability to build basic SQL queries * Experience working with tools for managing requirements and tickets (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) * Ability to model using notations such as BPMN, UML * Knowledge of Enterprise Architect tool Soft skills: * High communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to work with agile methodologies (Scrum) and cooperate in a team * Proactiveness in action We offer * B2B contract * Hybrid work model * Optionally, Luxmed package and MyBenefit cafeteria on preferential terms
