For the social insurance sector, we are looking for a Business and System Analyst (Regular) who will support the development and maintenance of systems used by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). This is an environment of large projects, complex business processes, and solutions that have a real impact on the functioning of millions of users across the country. We are looking for someone with experience in business-system analysis, with knowledge of SQL and UML, who will collaborate with development teams, testers, and the business on requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation of changes in systems of critical importance to public administration. What you will need to perform your tasks: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business and System Analyst - a necessary condition Experience in collecting and analyzing business and system requirements Practical knowledge of UML (use case diagrams, data models) Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases Knowledge of the software development and testing process Experience in collaborating with development and testing teams Ability to prepare analytical documentation Ability for analytical thinking and independent problem-solving Communication skills and teamwork ability Knowledge of English enabling work with technical documentation Higher education - IT or related field Nice to have: Basic knowledge of BPMN process modeling Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect tool Ability to read C++/Java code Knowledge of Cosmic methodology or other software complexity sizing methodology Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) Your tasks in this role: Analysis and collection of business and system requirements Collaboration with programmers, testers, and the business in designing and implementing solutions Preparation of analytical documentation and functional specifications Modeling of processes and solutions using UML Analysis of the impact of changes on existing systems Definition of acceptance criteria and support for the testing process Collaboration within the Scrum team on the implementation of large IT projects Diagnosis and analysis of service requests and system errors Benefits: Private medical care Subsidy for a sports card Group insurance Employee Pension Plan Employee loans Sports team Employee referral program Fruity Wednesdays
