Business and System Analyst - Electronic Banking

Scope of responsibilities: Analyzing business needs and identifying areas requiring improvement. Translating business requirements into system solutions. Modeling business processes (BPMN 2.0) and system flows. Creating and maintaining analytical documentation. Designing and specifying APIs (REST, SOAP). Collaborating with business, architects, and development teams in solution design. Supporting tests and verifying the compliance of implemented solutions with requirements. Participating in Scrum ceremonies and active cooperation with the project team. Our requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Business-System Analyst. Experience gained in projects for the banking sector. Ability to conduct end-to-end business and system analysis. Knowledge of process modeling in BPMN 2.0 and UML. Experience in preparing analytical documentation. Knowledge of microservices architecture, SOA, and system integration. Experience in designing and analyzing REST and SOAP APIs. Practical knowledge of SQL used for data analysis. Familiarity with Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence tools. Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Independence, responsibility, and very good communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
