Business Systems Analyst @ Antal

Requirements (must have)

• Experience working with User Stories, Epics, and multi-level backlogs
• Familiarity with tools Jira and Confluence
• Experience collaborating with Product Owner in defining, maintaining, and monitoring backlog and product metrics
• Skill in working with business stakeholders, including leading workshops and decomposing requirements
• Experience ensuring consistent understanding of business requirements within Scrum teams
• Skill in coordinating task progress within projects
• Familiarity with system integration issues and their consideration in architectural concepts
• Experience conducting and documenting initial and detailed analyses
• Proactive approach to completed tasks and willingness to share knowledge
• Experience working in 2-week sprints
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (1 day per week from the office)

Nice to have (mile widziane)

• Basic knowledge of Python (ability to read code and understand logic)
• Understanding of basic AI concepts, such as LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, or vector bases
• Experience working with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
