Business-System Analyst

We are looking for a committed Business-System Analyst with practical experience in IT project execution for the IT Systems Development and Maintenance Department.

• Level: Senior/Mid

• Form of cooperation: Civil contract/Employment contract

• Recruitment: 100% remote

• Work model: 100% remote (occasional team meetings at the Warsaw office)

• Flexible start time: 07:00-09:00

Scope of responsibilities:

• Conducting analyses and identifying business needs: conducting workshops

• Ability to acquire knowledge of business processes and model them in BPMN notation

• Recommending solutions

• Documenting requirements for IT solutions

• Creating and managing analytical documentation

• Cooperation and coordination of tasks with project teams and end-users (business)

• Cooperation with analysts, project managers, and the development and testing team in the execution of IT projects

• Cooperation with external suppliers (subcontractors)

Our requirements:

• Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position (Business-System Analyst)

• High analytical skills, experience in conducting business-system analysis (ability to select solution concepts)

• Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, model business processes, identify and specify functional and non-functional requirements, create User Stories

• Ability to break down work into successive stages (MVP, subsequent release)

• Experience working with tools: (Confluence/Jira, Miro, Adonis, Enterprise Architect)

• Experience working in Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies

• Ability to create and coordinate the process of producing project documentation

• Experience in creating models in BPMN and UML notation

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Experience in supporting the testing process to ensure that implemented solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards

• Good work organization enabling management of multiple tasks

• Highly developed interpersonal skills, teamwork ability

• Knowledge of integration issues (Web Services, REST API)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the Sport & Fitness area

• Knowledge of SQL
