Position Business and System Analyst (m/f) Job Description For our team, we are looking for a Business and System Analyst (m/f) who will participate in the development of systems that form the operational foundation of the organization. We implement solutions supporting the areas of contracts, corporate clients, memberships, settlements, invoicing, and integrations between the organization's key systems. We are looking for a person with a technical approach, capable of translating business needs into system solutions and navigating smoothly in an environment of inter-system integrations. • Level: Mid / Senior • Form of cooperation: Employment contract / B2B Contract • Recruitment process: 100% online • Work model: hybrid or remote Scope of responsibilities: Analyzing user needs and identifying opportunities for the development of existing systems and business processes Conducting analytical meetings and workshops aimed at clarifying business and system requirements Developing functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions Modeling business processes and data flows using BPMN and UML Co-creating solution concepts in an environment composed of many integrated systems Analyzing and documenting integrations between web and desktop applications Collaborating with the Product Owner, development and testing teams, and business owners at all stages of project implementation Supporting testing processes and verifying the compliance of implemented solutions with business requirements Creating, maintaining, and updating project and analytical documentation Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements — Our expectations: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business and System Analyst or in a related role Experience in analyzing and designing solutions for systems supporting finance, settlement, CRM, or ERP areas Practical knowledge of methods for acquiring, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements Ability to break down initiatives into implementation stages and define the scope of subsequent product releases Experience working with systems that have a large number of integrations between applications and services Knowledge of SQL enabling data analysis and verification of business requirements Ability to create process models and diagrams using BPMN and UML Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, or similar Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies English language at B2 level or higher Good work organization, independence, and ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders Nice to have: Experience in projects related to customer and contract management, settlements, and integration with financial and accounting systems Knowledge of integration issues, especially REST API and Web Services Programming or testing (QA) experience gained in previous professional roles Ability to technically analyze system operations and inquisitiveness in identifying the causes of problems Experience in analyzing and designing system solutions, considering changes in databases and inter-system integrations We offer: Cooperation based on an Employment Contract / B2B Contract Opportunity to participate in projects that have a real impact on the development of medical services and business processes Work in an experienced, interdisciplinary team of experts High level of independence and influence on the shape of implemented solutions Opportunities for development of analytical, business, and technological competencies Flexible approach to work organization and the possibility of remote work Access to over 6000 sports, recreational, and entertainment facilities as part of the Medicover Sport package Access to a foreign language learning platform Discounts on services and products offered by Medicover companies, group accident insurance, and others Engaging activities within well-being campaigns Opportunity to get involved in employee volunteering at the Medicover Foundation Location: Warsaw, Head Office, Al.
