Job description
For the IT Back Office Solutions Department, we are looking for a committed Business-System Analyst with practical experience in IT project implementation. Level: Senior/Mid Cooperation form: B2B/Employment contract Recruitment: 100% remote Work model: hybrid (office work in Warsaw - once a month) Flexible start time: 08:00-10:00 Scope of responsibilities: Conducting analyses and identifying business needs – workshops Recommending solutions Modeling business processes Describing assumptions, requirements (functional and non-functional) for IT solutions Creating and managing analytical documentation Collaborating and coordinating tasks with project teams and end-users (business) Collaborating with analysts, project managers, and the development and testing team in IT project implementation Our expectations: Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position (Business-System Analyst) Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite High analytical skills, experience in conducting business or business-system analysis (ability to select solution concepts) Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, model business processes, identify and specify functional and non-functional requirements, create User Stories and Case Studies Ability to break down work into successive stages (MVP, next release), verifying product hypotheses Experience working with analytical tools (Confluence, Miro, Adonis) Experience working with agile (Agile) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies Ability to create and coordinate the process of producing project documentation Experience in creating models according to BPMN and/or UML notation Good command of English (spoken and written, min.
