Business-Systems Analyst (Male/Female)

Analysis, design, and development of IT solutions and systems in accordance with business requirements. Gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements. Modeling of business and system processes using UML and BPMN notation. Development of functional and technical specifications for development teams. Creation and management of User Stories and collaboration with the team in the Agile/Scrum methodology. Collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, programmers, testers, and DevOps in project execution. Design and supervision of integrations between systems and registries. Participation in the design of IT system architecture and proposing optimal solutions. Support for the testing process by verifying the compliance of implemented changes with business requirements. Creation, updating, and maintenance of analytical and design documentation. Analysis and support in resolving errors and issues occurring in production systems. Handling user requests and collaboration with system maintenance teams. Working with JIRA and Confluence tools for planning, documenting, and monitoring task execution. Participation in the development and maintenance of the eKrew system, ensuring continuity of operation and implementation of new functionalities.
