Position Description We are looking for an experienced person to join a team developing analytical solutions for the insurance sector. The role combines analysis of business needs with the design of data-based solutions and collaboration with data warehouse and development teams. An important element of the position will be working with large datasets, data modeling, and SQL, Oracle, and SAS technologies in an Agile/Scrum environment. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and improve analytical solutions supporting the property insurance sector, including the data warehouse and BI tools. Analyze business needs and translate them into analytical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. Design solutions considering the architecture, standards, and principles applicable in the data warehouse environment. Prepare technical and post-implementation documentation for teams responsible for data warehouse development. Support business initiatives where data and analytics form the basis for decision-making and organizational development. Cooperate in testing prepared solutions and support their acceptance process. Our Requirements Higher education in IT, computer science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role related to data, analytics, or data warehousing. Practical experience working with data warehouses. Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, especially Oracle. Experience in data modeling, including knowledge of star schema models and the concepts of facts and dimensions. Practical knowledge of ETL processes and tools. Experience working with SAS Institute technologies, particularly SAS 4GL. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in agile teams. Ability to clearly formulate needs, requirements, and solutions, and effective communication with business and technical personnel.
