IT Process Automation Analyst

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who wants to develop in the area of automation and orchestration of business processes. If you can analyze processes, identify opportunities for their improvement, and collaborate with both technical and business teams, this role is for you. We are looking for someone with an analytical approach who can translate business requirements into technical solutions and actively participate in the design of modern automation processes. Your scope of duties will include: analysis and design of business and technical processes intended for automation, collection and documentation of business requirements, creation of functional and technical specifications, process modeling and workflow design, collaboration with programming teams, DevOps, and administrators, participation in IT system integration projects, error analysis and identification of root causes, preparation of performance reports and audits of existing processes, recommending improvements and operational cost optimization, conducting workshops with stakeholders, participation in the development and implementation of process automation solutions. Our requirements: higher education in IT (or final year student status), minimum 2-3 years of experience as a system analyst, business-system analyst, or business application programmer, experience in implementing or developing workflow systems and process automation, experience in system integration and working with relational databases, basic knowledge of at least two programming languages (C++, Java, or Python), knowledge of SQL, knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or Windows DOS scripts, knowledge of Git, SVN, Jira, Jenkins, and Postman tools, knowledge of REST/SOAP, ETL, and UNIX systems is a plus, ability to model business processes, knowledge of English enabling work with technical documentation, willingness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days a week in the office).
