Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst to join the headquarters of the Elemental capital group, who will support reporting processes, data analysis, and the preparation of management information for the companies within the Group.
This is an ideal role for someone with accounting experience seeking a change and development towards controlling.
Scope of Responsibilities
Preparation of financial and operational analyses.
Creation of management reports, variance analyses, and business recommendations.
Support for budgeting and forecasting processes at the group and individual company levels.
Analysis of production costs, margins, process efficiency, and operational KPIs.
Participation in the standardization of reporting within the capital group.
Participation in optimization and reporting automation projects.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an analyst in a manufacturing company or in operational controlling, or accounting experience.
Very good knowledge of Excel and the ability to work with large datasets.
Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
Understanding of production processes, cost calculations, margins, and operational KPIs.
Ability for analytical thinking and formulating business conclusions.
Communication skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Knowledge of English at a level that enables work within the group's structures.
