Quality Assurance Analyst QA Tester

Level: Mid / Senior Form of cooperation: B2B Work model: remote, with occasional visits to the office Flexible start time: 07:00–09:00 Scope of responsibilities: Designing and conducting comprehensive manual application tests, backend and integration tests. Creating detailed test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements. Ensuring the currency of test scenarios used in the test automation process. Independently preparing test data or coordinating its preparation with individuals having appropriate permissions to external systems. Analyzing test results and providing detailed and precise reporting of outcomes, bugs, and irregularities. Collaborating with project, business, and development teams to ensure product compliance with business and technical requirements. Conducting regression tests and validating fixes for reported bugs. Creating and updating documentation related to the QA process, including test reports, test cases, and product recommendations. Analyzing business and technical requirements in terms of their impact on the system, completeness, and testability. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance. Experience in assessing the quality of end-to-end solutions, including applications, backend, API, data flows, and the impact of changes on the business process and end-user. Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, RTM). Ability to analyze business and technical requirements in terms of their impact on the system and testability. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level (including the ability to create documentation). Nice to have: Knowledge of relational database concepts. Experience in eCommerce solutions. Experience working with SoapUI, Postman tools.
