Sales Planning Analyst
Workplace: GdańskYour responsibilities
- Preparing reports and analyses and making decisions on budget issues and sales promotion activities
- Building a product group strategy based on set plans and sales history analysis
- Preparing and monitoring the execution of goods purchase and shipment plans
- Ongoing control of deliveries and distribution methods
- Responsibility for the proper flow of goods
- Supporting purchasing teams in their work on budget execution
- Organizing and conducting meetings presenting sales results
- Cooperation with other departments (Product Preparation, Sales, Ecommerce, Visual Merchandising, IT)
Our requirements
- Higher education, preferably in quantitative fields - your analytical background will allow you to understand sales dynamics faster and make informed decisions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or assortment management
- Experience in data analysis and preparing statements and reports - the ability to work with large datasets will help you spot dependencies that drive business growth
- Experience in product analyses - practice in evaluating sales results, product rotation, and their market potential
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel at an advanced level - analytical tools will become your daily routine, so fluency in Excel will significantly facilitate your work
- Communicativeness and thoroughness - you can clearly present analysis results and ensure the timeliness and high quality of prepared reports
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment - you thrive in situations requiring quick reactions and flexibility
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level - you use it fluably in your daily work

Working with fabrics, materials from fashion shows, and inspiration boards is an everyday occurrence here. Most decisions are made collectively during meetings where designs and sewn models are evaluated. It is also in this department that order terms are negotiated with suppliers, purchase plans are prepared, competitors are analyzed, and the market is monitored. Each team is responsible for a specific type of assortment, while ensuring that the collections are coherent and in line with the latest trends.
