Job description

SMYK is an iconic brand, for almost 50 years offering clothing, footwear, toys, baby accessories, and other products for children aged 0-14 years.

SMYK sells own-brand products: COOL CLUB (clothing, footwear, and accessories created by our own design team), SMIKI (toys and baby accessories), KAYOKKI (backpacks and school accessories), and – from September 2025 – NOWEAR (clothing for older teenagers and young adults), as well as a wide selection of products from renowned, world-known brands and manufacturers of toys and children's accessories (including LEGO, Fisher-Price, Hasbro, Mattel, and others).

SMYK has over 250 brick-and-mortar stores in Poland, an online store smyk.com, and 35 own stores in Romania, 12 in Ukraine, and 2 in Slovakia. Sales are also conducted through a mobile application. As part of its international expansion in Central and Eastern Europe, SMYK also plans to open stores in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.

Job Description:

  • Sales planning at the division, individual product group, and product level

  • Forecasting promotional and sales events

  • Analysis of sales results and processes

  • Planning, management, and control of goods flow

  • Analytical support for the Buyers Department to ensure necessary data for optimal business decisions

  • Improving the forecasting process and developing and optimizing analytical tools

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role (retail industry experience is a plus)

  • Highly developed analytical skills (working with large databases: reporting, inference, recommendations)

  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL are a plus

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills

  • Autonomy in action and a flexible approach
