Senior Tax Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to act as a focal point in societária and fiscal areas, ensuring legal and tax compliance of company operations. This person will be responsible for operational and strategic activities, including legislative monitoring, ancillary obligations, public agency relations, and internal support. Responsibilities: Act as a contact point in societária and parallel routines: opening, changing, and closing companies; preparing and submitting tax returns; analyzing financial statements; providing guidance on tax laws and regulations; coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations; identifying and mitigating potential risks related to tax non-compliance; developing and implementing procedures for tax compliance; maintaining accurate records of all tax-related activities; ensuring confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
