As an Analyst Support TI - Vmware Horizon, your main responsibilities will be: • To provide technical support for Vmware Horizon infrastructure; • To troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Vmware Horizon; • To perform routine maintenance tasks on Vmware Horizon; • To monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement; • To collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Vmware Horizon with other systems. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment; • Strong knowledge of Vmware Horizon and its components; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
