Senior Sourcing Analyst

Objective:

Ability to develop sourcing strategies, category strategies, and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) programs (Office Equipment, Furniture, and Racks).

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced category strategies in conjunction with the relevant Stakeholders for the categories under management.
• Develop complex negotiation strategies with suppliers.
• Develop innovative strategic sourcing approaches, leveraging data analysis and processes that help determine scenarios, benefits, risks, and change impacts for each.
• Manage supplier relationships and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in areas impacting costs, quality, and risk management.
• Work with cross-functional Stakeholder groups to understand and document business requirements.
• Lead the assigned team in the development of the Project according to the established plan and ensure the execution of the sourcing strategy.
• Work with the team and suppliers in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Apply traditional and innovative methods, such as e-Auctions, costing models, commodity and raw material indexing agreements. Develop comprehensive implementation and communication plans for Stakeholders and end-users; ensure the participation of all involved areas and individuals. Quantify and document results.
• Generate and validate data analysis; transform category insights into recommendations and actionable steps for its strategy.

Position Profile:

• 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, supplier negotiation, and purchasing category management.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Excel, RFP/RFQ, project management, tenders.
• Advanced English.
