Summary
Executes reviews in Cost Center Accounting, ensuring correct application in the Company's books, participates in Inventory Management, being part of physical inventory counts of productive and non-productive materials. Performs Cost variation analysis on figures reported at cost closing, and ensures correct closure of Production and Maintenance Orders, as well as execution of accounting provisions. Collaborates with the Cost Leader and/or Manager in identifying improvement opportunities in manufacturing cost processes that can reduce time and increase efficiency.


Responsibilities

1 • Performs periodic reviews of accounting records for costs and expenses, generating reports in SAP to ensure that costs and expenses are recorded correctly and to avoid delays when performing cost closing.

2 • Runs the cost closing process in company code 4501 center MX, executing various transactions in SAP and performing validations; this is a monthly process to value beer production and sales.

3 • Performs accounting entries for expense provisions, with requests gathered from different plant areas, generates preliminary documents for accounting registration, as expenses must affect the financial result in the month the expense was incurred.

4 • Determines the closed month's beer production, generating transaction COOISPI and reconciling it with MB51 (SAP Transactions), to inform different plant areas of beer production for use in their indicators.

5 • Is responsible for the scheduling of physical inventory counts of productive and non-productive materials, according to monthly or annual periodicity, by mutual agreement with the production areas.

6 • Coordinates and participates in physical inventory counts, monthly and annual, to support inventory compliance and internal control.

7 • Ensures freight settlement so that the cost is allocated to the final SKU, in coordination with the Logistics area.

8 • Reviews orders generated with cost center imputation, coordinating with the purchasing area and the user, to ensure that expenses are recorded to the appropriate account and cost center, using reports issued by the SAP system.

9 • Settles maintenance orders, through a transaction in SAP, so that costs are reflected in the corresponding cost centers, coordinating with operational areas to follow up on results.

10 • Settles production orders, reviewing consumption of packaging and elaboration production orders, to identify pending and/or incorrect consumptions, so that the orders maintain reliable information. 11 • Complies with the area's internal controls, ensuring that supporting documentation is delivered on time and in the correct format for evaluation, and the internal audit area can review them to identify potential areas for improvement.

12 • Prepares the necessary documentation for external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
