JUNIOR SOFTWARE ANALYST (NEOGRADUATES) - PARMA

Etjca S.p.a. Etjca SpA, a labor agency authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Aut. Min. Prot. N. 1309-SG del 23/02/2005), Parma branch, is seeking for a software analyst junior (neo-graduates) for a client company. Job description and characteristics: Under the guidance of the team leader, the newly hired person will be inserted into a development and analysis software team. The resource will be involved in activities such as in-depth analysis of source code and program behavior, with the goal of thoroughly understanding the logical and structural functioning of the software. What you will do: - You will analyze and understand source code in various programming languages - You will perform thorough code revisions and behavioral analyses of software - You will estimate the expected behavior of the software based on code analysis - You will manage build processes through IDE or Makefile - You will write checklists and technical reports, ensuring compliance with project requirements - You will collaborate with the team to develop reliable and high-quality software solutions Who we are looking for: - Neo-graduates in Computer Science or Engineering - Knowledge of at least one object-oriented language and one functional language - Familiarity with build processes and development tools - English level B2 - Preferable experience with Linux operating systems - Curious, proactive, and oriented towards teamwork Soft skills appreciated: - Autonomy and ability to work in a team - Attitude to establish priorities and find solutions - Clear communication and precision in details - Flexible mindset and process-oriented mentality What we offer: - CCNL Commercio contract - Initial RAL 24-26K, with possibility of growth after training period - Full-time schedule, at the Parma office location - Opportunities for professional growth in a young and innovative team Etjca Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Aut.
