Senior Analyst – Structuring and Corporate | Structured Funds

Banco Daycoval is looking for a professional to work with autonomy and seniority in monitoring and driving the operations flow of the Fund Structuring area. The position will directly engage in technical articulation, unlocking complex stages, and ensuring deadline compliance, acting as an operational reference point in connecting the various areas involved in the operations.

Main Activities

• Conduct monitoring of the most complex operations pipeline, ensuring the correct sequencing of all stages.
• Structure and maintain the detail of fund launch/amendment timelines, identifying critical process milestones.
• Perform assertive articulations and follow-ups with specialist areas, ensuring the fluidity and continuous progress of deliverables.
• Anticipate potential bottlenecks, technical pending issues, or delays, acting preventively in solving operational impasses.
• Resolve day-to-day problems with high autonomy, resorting to alignment with management only in exceptional cases.
• Consolidate data and produce clear analytical reports and status reports to provide visibility of operations progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain control tools, indicators, and databases rigorously updated.
• Identify opportunities and implement operational improvements and standardizations in the area's workflow.

• Sharp systemic view of the fund structuring cycle, understanding the impacts of each stage on the final outcome.
• Strong capacity for influence, negotiation, and interpersonal relationships to demand deliverables at different levels of the organization.
• Exemplary organization and priority reasoning to handle multiple simultaneous and high-complexity projects.
• Highly problem-solving attitude in the face of unforeseen events and dynamic routines.
• Clear, direct, and objective communication, adapted to different interlocutors and partner areas.

Education and Experience

• Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, Law, or related areas (with a trajectory directed towards projects, operations, and processes).
• Solid and proven experience in project monitoring, PMO, operational processes, or product development in the financial market.
• In-depth knowledge of the investment fund ecosystem and functioning (with an Administrator, Manager, or Distributor).
• Mastery of the dynamics and interactions between areas such as Sales/Relationship Management, Products, Operations, Compliance, and Legal.
