Senior Human Resources Analyst (Bilingual Portuguese/Mandarin)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to act as a liaison between Brazilian and Chinese teams, providing support to Human Resources routines and contributing to the integration of corporate processes.

We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills in Portuguese and Chinese (Mandarin), an analytical profile, organized, and with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to Chinese expatriate employees in international mobility processes;
• Coordinate and monitor processes for visas, immigration, and other legal documentation;
• Execute and monitor employee admission, movement, transfer, and termination processes in the RHIS system;
• Support personnel administration routines, payroll, and social security contribution collection;
• Provide support for performance management, development, and other corporate HR programs;
• Act as an interface between HR teams in Brazil and China, ensuring efficient communication and process alignment;
• Prepare and translate documents, communications, and reports in Portuguese and Chinese, when necessary;
• Support other activities and projects in the Human Resources area.

Mandatory Requirements

• Completed higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, International Relations, or related fields;
• Fluency in Portuguese and Mandarin (Chinese), with excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Experience in Human Resources, preferably in multinational companies;
• Knowledge of Brazilian Personnel Administration processes and labor legislation;
• Experience with HR systems (RHIS/ERP);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
