Senior Commercial Optimization Analyst

What will you do?

Responsible for generating visibility and analysis on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and commission processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, compliance, and optimization. The role will have a strategic focus, working with indicators, spending analysis, and operational monitoring to drive initiatives that improve the efficiency of the area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the behavior of expenses, commissions, and financial processes through indicators and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate the relationship between expenses and the results obtained to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track and control accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Monitor that operations and transactions are correctly recorded according to established guidelines.
  • Review aspects of compliance and adherence to internal processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
  • Map existing processes and identify undocumented activities or those susceptible to improvement.
  • Analyze information generated by distributors, third parties, and suppliers to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop proposals that allow replicating best practices with other suppliers or business partners.
  • Coordinate meetings with different internal areas related to operation, recording, and information tracking.
  • Prepare periodic reports and metrics that allow for adequate decision-making.

Who are we looking for?

  • Studies in administrative areas (Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields).
  • More than 5 years of experience in administrative areas, financial analysis, account management, commission design, continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced), SAP (desirable), SQL (desirable), AI Tools.
  • Intermediate English.
