Objective:

Search for land in an assigned area to achieve the objectives established by the department.

What will you do?

• Search for land in assigned areas using a business strategy that allows defining if it is viable and functional. In case of setbacks, replan the strategy and contact support areas (markets and operations). Other areas involved are planning, design, compliance, legal, and operations, using empathy and communication to gain support.

• Negotiate efficiently to close a profitable project.

• The land may not necessarily be for sale; the challenge is to find it with the right characteristics to be a suitable option, not through brokers but by contacting the owners directly.

• Collect and validate land ownership documentation (Deeds) to assemble the file.

• Follow up on the project by coordinating the involved areas, ensuring that the stages are executed correctly (approximate duration of 3 to 4 months).

• Assemble site visits with operators.

• Coordination of 2 to 3 simultaneous projects.

• Presentation of weekly project progress.

• Conduct monthly meetings in each operator's meetings.

• Meetings with owners and the legal department to achieve reconciliation and contract closing.

Who are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Territorial Planning, and Urbanism.

Work Experience: Experience searching for premises and spaces, negotiation, direct contact with owners, managing government permits, administration of expansion portfolios.

Intermediate English.

Advanced Excel

Knowledge in Google Earth and Google Maps, Knowledge in AI.
