Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Objective:

Execute strategic sourcing processes for assigned categories through market analysis, negotiation, supplier management, and coordination with involved areas to obtain competitive conditions, ensure supply, mitigate risks, and contribute to business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and update category strategies based on business needs, spend, market, total cost, and risks.

• Execute end-to-end sourcing processes: requisitions, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, award, and transition.

• Define negotiation strategies, scenarios, and value levers; prepare objectives, limits, concessions, and data-supported arguments.

• Develop commercial and financial analyses: comparisons, TCO, sensitivity, savings, avoided cost, and budget compliance.

• Generate clear, substantiated, and actionable executive recommendations, documenting assumptions, benefits, risks, impacts, dependencies, and decision criteria.

• Manage suppliers, performance, improvement plans, and new supplier development.

Job Profile:

2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, bidding, procurement, or related commercial functions.

Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel, SAP, ARIBA, and Data Management. Experience in technical aspects of energy, electrical equipment, energy efficiency, lighting, and/or related projects.

Power BI, AutoCAD desirable.
