Responsibilities

1. Manage the financial performance of the brewery's conversion costs, including Brewing and Packaging as primary allocations, as well as EHS, Training, and other associated support functions, identifying deviations, explaining their main drivers, and quantifying impacts against AOP, LE, and actual results.

2. Monitor operational incidents that may affect the budget, including consumption of manufacturing services, maintenance events, backlog, downtime, operational training, EHS initiatives, and changes in operating conditions.

3. Build financial projections and base/risk/opportunity scenarios with a predictive focus, anticipating future impacts before they materialize in the monthly results.

4. Supervise and evaluate the financial performance of the Brewing and Packaging processes, monitoring key operational and production indicators—including productivity, OEE, yield, waste, overfill, material consumption, and resource utilization—identifying risks and opportunities impacting the brewery's conversion cost.

5. Translate operational KPIs such as OEE, downtime, energy efficiency, corrective/preventive maintenance, and resource utilization into monetary impact, unit cost, and budgetary risk.

6. Develop quantifiable analyses that allow for the separation of variations by volume, efficiency, price, consumption, mix, seasonality, non-recurring events, and structural causes.

7. Prepare executive inputs for the Operational Finance Coordinator, ensuring that each analysis includes the message, root cause, impact, risk/opportunity, and recommended action.

8. Participate in and develop the AOP, LE1, and LE2 processes by generating bases, assumptions, validations, and scenarios for assigned items.

9. Identify efficiency opportunities in manufacturing services, maintenance, and operational support processes, validating their feasibility with responsible areas and quantifying the expected benefit.

10. Maintain follow-up routines with operational areas to review variations, update assumptions, validate risks, and ensure corrective actions. 11. Ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of the financial information used in conversion analyses.

12. Ensure, within their scope of responsibility, compliance with the cost per case objectives defined by the organization, through early risk identification, capture of improvement opportunities, and generation of analyses that support an achievable, sustainable savings agenda aligned with the brewery's strategic priorities.
