Senior Procurement Analyst

Responsible for attending to direct service procurement demands in categories of FTTx Installation and Maintenance, Site Construction, O&M, Repairs, Civil Works, Projects, Website Acquisition and Licensing.

Receive the scope of procurement, analyze documents received from internal client and approved budget for purchase.

Carry out purchasing processes through RFx/purchase request.

Negotiate with suppliers seeking better commercial, technical, and contractual conditions.

Fully evaluate received proposals.

Prepare a negotiation map and send for approval.

Draft and review service provision contracts in partnership with legal and technical areas;

Promote the development of new suppliers aligned with the strategy of reducing costs and optimizing the supplier base of the company;

Act as a business partner for categories under your responsibility, supporting internal clients in defining scopes, identifying needs, determining procurement models, and setting SLAs.
