OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ANALYST PL

Responsible for supporting the administrative, operational, and strategic management of the QSSMA area (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Security), ensuring the organization, standardization, and integration of information, monitoring of indicators, document management, and support for corporate systems and processes, contributing to more assertive decisions, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What will you do?

• Administer and manage the corporate systems used by the QSSMA area, ensuring functionality, integration, and updating of information.
• Act as the focal point for the area's systems, including parameterization, user support, and continuous improvements, especially in the Sênior (SST) system and other corporate platforms.
• Structure, integrate, and consolidate databases from different corporate systems and processes.
• Develop, monitor, and update strategic indicators (KPIs), management dashboards, and executive reports.
• Ensure the standardization, quality, and integrity of the area's information and records.
• Support the management of QSSMA-related contracts, performing administrative controls, monitoring validity periods, measurements, and documentation.
• Integrate processes, areas, and systems, seeking greater operational efficiency and reduction of manual activities.
• Support the elaboration and monitoring of action plans, corporate projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, continuous improvement, and optimization of the area's administrative processes.
• Support budget management, administrative controls, and monitoring of department demands.

What are we looking for?

• Graduation in Engineering, Occupational Medicine, Occupational Nursing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in the role of Occupational Health and Safety Analyst or similar positions.
• Knowledge of legislation and technical standards applicable to occupational health and safety.
• Full/advanced knowledge in BI.
• Knowledge of Sênior/SOC with a focus on Health and Safety.
• Communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with the use of management and indicator monitoring tools.

Differentiators:

• Post-graduation or specialization in Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Safety Management, or related areas.
• Recognized certifications in the occupational health and safety area (CRSST, CSST, SESMT, etc.).
• Experience in large companies or in high-risk sectors.
• Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies, such as HAZOP, FMEA, among others.
• Proficiency in the use of occupational health and safety management software.
• Knowledge in SAP and budget management.
