We are looking for a Senior RPA Analyst to work in our automation and digital transformation area, supporting the evolution of business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This professional will have a strategic role in sustaining, developing, and governing automations that support the company's financial and regulatory operations. Responsibilities:
- Mapped, designed, and implemented automated processes with a focus on efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Led the analysis of automation requirements in partnership with business and IT areas.
- Developed and maintained robots in tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Ensured compliance with information security policies and regulatory requirements of the financial sector (BACEN, LGPD, SOX, etc.).
- Worked in the maintenance and monitoring of robots in production, correcting incidents and ensuring SLA availability.
- Suggested continuous improvements in existing processes and identified new automation opportunities.
- Supported the RPA junior team, promoting good development and documentation practices.
- Interacted with technical and business stakeholders, elaborating reports and performance indicators (KPIs) of the automations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation projects, with at least 3 years as a Senior RPA Analyst.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere).
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, .NET, VBScript, or C#).
- Experience with API integration, databases, and legacy systems.
- Experience in the financial sector (banks, payment methods, brokers, or insurance companies).
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Intermediate English for technical reading.
- UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere certification.
- Experience with OCR, AI/ML, and Process Mining applied to automation.
- Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) for RPA in hybrid environments.
- Previous experience in audit/regulatory environments (compliance, risks, anti-fraud).
- Analytical vision and focus on results.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business and technology areas.
- Proactivity to propose improvements and innovative solutions.
- Organization and attention to details in critical environments.
