Position Objective:

Generate financial, commercial, and statistical analyses that allow for the optimization of the company's pricing and promotion strategy. You will be responsible for developing data-driven recommendations, evaluating impacts on profitability, margin, and market share, as well as ensuring correct price administration to support business decision-making.

Main Activities:

• Analyze price elasticities by product, customer, channel, and category to identify profitability opportunities.
• Develop analytical and statistical models to evaluate pricing and promotion strategies.
• Generate recommendations for price increases considering margins, competitive positioning, costs, and commercial objectives.
• Calculate the financial impact of changes in prices, promotions, and commercial conditions.
• Administer and maintain price lists, ensuring their correct execution and updating.
• Monitor the correct application of prices in systems and detect deviations that may impact the business.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and discounts through performance and return on investment analysis.
• Prepare price and promotion audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with commercial guidelines.
• Analyze market price trends and competitor behavior to generate actionable insights.
• Build financial and commercial scenarios that support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare executive reports, profitability analyses, and presentations for different levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Revenue Management teams to define profitable growth strategies.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of promotional and price positioning strategies.
• Identify improvement opportunities through the analysis of large volumes of information and diverse data sources.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields with a quantitative focus.
• Experience in financial analysis, pricing, revenue management, commercial analysis, business intelligence, or similar areas.
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
• Advanced Excel indispensable.
• Desirable experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, SAP, Alteryx, or data analysis tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
• Skill in presenting analyses and results to different organizational levels.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, proactivity, and ability to generate data-driven proposals, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
