Junior Human Resources Analyst (Region: Marau / Passo Fundo / Coxilha)

We are looking for a Junior Human Resources Analyst who will be responsible for conducting and following up on the routines of attraction, development, and management of people, ensuring the correct execution of Human Resources processes and alignment with internal organization guidelines. They will act closely to leaderships and partner areas, ensuring organization of flows, quality of deliveries, and compliance. They will directly conduct selective process procedures, from need assessment to selection, including job posting, candidate evaluation, interview scheduling, and offer extension. They will also be responsible for conducting exit interviews, analyzing results, and proposing improvements to the Human Resources processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or related area, with at least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. Familiarity with HR software and systems is an asset.
