Requirements

  • Completed Higher Education;
  • Pack Office or Google Advanced Tools;
  • Proven experience in project management;
  • Lifetime learning will be a differential;
  • Availability for punctual travel;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid format in Cajamar/SP (3 times per week);

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage projects that involve different Operations teams, ensuring the fulfillment of deadlines, objectives, and scope defined.
  • Analyze the evolution of high, medium, and low complexity projects through progress reports, quality indicators, and financial resources, using the PDCA methodology, following up to ensure project execution within negotiated parameters.
  • Develop materials and management presentations for internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress.
  • Participate in the development of Business Cases (case studies) for new sites (logistics warehouses), through acquisition studies of new equipment, actively participating in planning and implementing new cross-docking warehouses, conducting financial analyses, market studies, supplier surveys, innovation in equipment and technology, proposal for governance and indicators to support decision-making, contributing to the company's expansion plan.
  • Participate actively in opening new logistics warehouses, following alignment with other areas of the company, to ensure planned parameters are executed, aiming to contribute to the company's capacity increase.
  • Foster a good team environment through discussions and meetings, aiming to maintain a work environment based on communication, respect, cooperation, and constant pursuit of innovation and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement them, through process mapping, understanding needs, implementing established processes to improve productivity, increase efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
