Senior Product Analyst - Consignated Card Full

We are looking for a full-time Senior Product Analyst – Consignated Card to work in the management and monitoring of customer service channels, ensuring excellence in customer experience, indicator monitoring, and partnership with supplier partners. We seek a professional with experience in managing outsourced operations (EPS/BPO), strong analytical capacity, and focus on continuous process improvement and quality of service. Main Responsibilities: Realize the analysis and development of business processes and procedures for the product; Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty; Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and cost savings; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners; Provide training and support to team members; Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product and its related processes.
