Senior Support Analyst

Mission of the position - Provide technical support to our clients, providing solutions with empathy, proactivity and ensuring customer satisfaction with TOTVS products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Answer client inquiries through TOTVS channels, clarifying their doubts about system-related matters, recording suggestions and incidents; Provide support through ticket opening channels, according to the defined process and aiming at service and solution provision for clients, as well as monitoring and controlling of incidents, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive, empathetic and able to work in a team environment.
